Ming's Nails

I came to this establishment yesterday to get a Nice short natural square/box shape . The nail tech proceeds to do my nails and I’m telling her box as she kept filing and shaping my nail . She tells me after. After . Ok let me allow her to work . As I she is filing the nail I feel the filer in my nail tip she tells me to wash them . I said they are to short and they are not box . Fart forward to the next day I tried going back to a different nail tech they told me to come back tomorrow 12:24 at 12 . I said are you closing early they lept saying come bck at 12 . My same question to them was are you closing early . They said no the nail tech who did you nails is going to do the over I said she will not I’m here today and ask if she is refusing care . I walked yet again unsatisfied and nails

I asked for a FILL IN ($40) took all my nails off then said i had to restart and pay $50? Why? All my nails were on. Asked for french tip she was doing it wrong so in order for her to do it the correct way i had to pay an additional $10 so $60 in total? Ended up paying $50 for something i didnt want. Dont recommend going here unless its pedicures. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

NO, JUST NOOOO! DO NOT USE THIS SALON.The cost was a little pricey but I wanted the spa mani - pedi so I agreed. 1st I asked not to have my cuticles cut and the tech cut them anyway. I even reminded her and moved my foot. Spa treatment includes some mint cream & a warm towel - no massage. The manicure was worse no massage, no warm towel and again she cut my cuticles.

I came in for my first time in a long time to get my feet done. They charge me $40 which was fine. I was in there all of 15 minutes and my feet was done before the lady beside me that was sitting there before came in. He rushed through my job and it was also very unsanitary as he rinsed out the sponge which was one on the stand in my dirty water .. no more pedicures for me

Sad to write this but I’ve given this salon several chances over my life span I went in for a full set yesterday and was overcharged.I been coming here my whole life and was overcharged. I asked for a different nail design to lower the price and when getting to the front Ming acted clueless as if she isn’t the owner . Ann or Anna did my nails and persisted on trying to upsell me which I KINDLY. Declined . Ann or Anna wrote the ticket up and didn’t confirm the price w me before taking it up front . Then when confronted gon say oh it’s $60 I forgot to take off the $5. Then asked for a tip ? Hell no. I got a tip for you “give the client what we we ask for and be straight foward w the price because I was just there for full set 2 weeks ago and cot color and design for $45-$55 When have u ever
