Lika is a sweetheart. She's talented and reasonable. The shop is clean and comfortable too. My hair always looks beautiful and I still get compliments from others about my hair, even when it's time to redo it! Lol. I'm a 7 yr loyal customer of hers and I always feel satisfied and valued! I highly recommend African Hair Gallery.

I was in a bind and needed my hair done same day. Lika took my appointment and had me in and out in 5.5 hours! The women were patient, let me break for lunch and the price was absolutely fair. My misfortune brought me to Lika, I will definitely be returning! Thank you Lika African Hair Gallery!

I came to this shop two times before this visit and I had a good experience here. Unfortunately the lady that normally does my hair was not available. I made an appointment on Friday for Monday( days in advance) and I also referred a friend because lika does good work. On Monday I get a call 40min before my appointment because my stylist wants to move the appointment time forward one hour. I agreed. Twenty mins later I get a call that I need to notify my friend not to come to her appointment because it is being cancelled, the stylist that agreed to do her hair called just before her appointment and said she is not coming in. My friend lives 35 mins away and she had to turn around in 4oclock traffic because these people lack professionalism. I am embarrassed that I referred someone here,

Lika the owner is very unprofessional tho she has done my hair before now she feels the need to ask me not to come if my hair is short ? and we scheduled at 1oclock apt which turned into 2 which turned into a emergency all in all unprofessional please advise

Great work, service and prices. I've been patronizing Lika for 2 years now.... She's my go to for any/all braid styles.
