Had a great experience with Kristall. I was looking for a hair professional who was knowledgeable and careful with natural hair, especially since I wanted an overall color change. She was able to accommodate me last minute and took her time with my hair. • UPDATE: This was the first time I let a hair professional in my natural hair. 9 years of growth was destroyed in one salon visit and I am utterly mortified. After my initial appointment with Kristall I kept my hair in the straight state for about ten days. I dont own any heated styling appliances for my hair, so I wrapped it each night to maintain the straight look. I started patronizing this salon in 2019 after a few of managing hair loss through my dermatologist. I received hair restoration services and vital education on my scalp conditions. The service is awesome! After I believe it was a eighteen month program or so my hair was much healthier, fuller and l felt equipped to better understand how to manage my hair loss conditions.
