Mimi's Beauty Salon

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mimi’s Hair Salon for a few years now, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences getting my hair done there. Living almost two hours away, it’s definitely worth the travel. Kady & the other girls are incredibly fast, clean & neat parts and always provide excellent service. I always look forward to my vacation braids at this salon. They run specials so be sure to ask it always helps. If you haven’t been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. You will not be disappointed!!

I always have a great experience whenever I come to this shop. Arriving first thing in the morning is best to avoid waiting. My hair is neat, love the length. Fatima did an amazing job and worked fast too. I got boho braids and was done in under 5 hours with just her braiding by herself. I will be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Mimi’s Hair Braiding! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. My daughter was getting her hair braided, and I have to say Bibi and Sarah did an absolutely beautiful job. Both ladies were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with her the entire time. They took their time, made sure she was comfortable, and spoke to her with such manners and respect. It truly meant a lot to see how caring they were. The braids came out neat, clean, and flawless, and my daughter left smiling from ear to ear. I appreciate the level of skill, professionalism, and genuine care they showed. I would highly recommend Mimi’s Hair Braiding to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience. We will definitely be back! 💕✨

The owner is nice but the braiders are really rude and not welcoming at all! Mind you I waited 2 hours for a specific braided and she KNEW I was waiting for her, 2 hours in she said she rudely only does 1 head a day and isn’t doing my hair. My braids came out decent for $160 but they are not the size or length that I asked for. I won’t return. They speak French for the ENTIRE time, they have NO customer service skills. They look at each other instead of communicating with the client. I’ll rather go to Dee Dee’s, Amina’s, Flokays or Victorias next time I need braids

We’ve been here twice and I will say they are very kind, the salon is clean and organized, and they do a great job. I recommend getting there at 6am or around 12pm when the second round of hair gets started. They do not accept appointments.
