Massage Envy

I signed up for a 6-month membership here that I was told did not auto-renew. I’m now in month 9 of it auto-renewing and have tried cancelling for weeks with 0 responses to my emails or phone calls. I even went to a location where I now live (out of state) and they gave me cancellation forms that I filled out and gave back but they said it had to be done through the Palo Alto location. I haven’t been able to get ahold of Palo Alto and am stuck paying this monthly fee. Save your money. Go get a massage somewhere else and DEFINITELY don’t sign up for a membership

Excellent experience! I was visiting in California and decided to use one of my credits at a nearby Massage Envy. Mary was an amazing therapist ! After working from home for a month being hunched over a computer , Mary was able to get out all the trigger points in my neck and back ! The facility was amazing compared to my Massage Envy at home . I look forward to coming back next time I’m in Palo Alto.

I'm going to use my husband's Google account to give Helen an excellent review. I've been a member of the Massage Envy for almost 14 years and I've been to many different places since I traveled so much, I've experienced some massage therapists, but I must say Helen is my favorite of all, she seems to know your muscles trigger points and I especially appreciate her work detail. I leave so much lighter and happy.😊🥰 This place is superb, their staff are friendly and welcoming. Thankful 🥹 for the great experience all the time. Warm regards, Bernadine West

Do not go there. They charge your credit card unannounced during a pandemic and refuse a refund for un-used credits. Update: I called the number below and was not helped just referred to “jasmin” who is in on Friday after the next membership will be booked from my credit card. I requested to take out my credit card details and was told the system does not allow for this.

I thought the ladies at the front were very nice which is why I’m giving 2 stars. However, I’m giving 2 stars because of the actual terrible massage. I went in for a firm massage and the therapist I had was not firm at all. It was probably the softest massage I ever had. It was overpriced for the quality. They also have you fill out an iPad of what you want the therapist to focus on and what you want them to avoid. Mine was to focus on my back and feet and to not do a scalp massage or pectoral massage. He never even touch my feet except at the beginning and just did a basic full body massage that included the scalp and pecs. I was so disappointed I scheduled another massage the same day somewhere else and it was the best massage I ever had.
