Kalos Health DEXA Scans

I'd heard about DEXA Scans through a close friend in late 2025. These scans give you information on lean muscle mass, fat, visceral fat, and bone density. All of these factors have can have a significant impact on health and well-being, and often need addressing sooner than later. My wife and I had spare FSA money and decided to try it out. I learned I was in very bad shape due to my lack of exercise and terrible diet. Thankfully, we were paired up with an amazing performance analyst, Lexy Nevis. She guided both of us on what our scans meant, and how to fix any issues with our bodies. I have been working with Lexy in a program since early November 2025. She has been incredible to work with. My wife and I met with Lexy for our initial visit. It’s been a while since we did any full body scans and this has been on our radar for a few weeks. The Dexascan was quick (6 minutes each) and stress free. Lexy gave us an excellent, detailed overview of the results including specific things to work on. We’re considering the coaching package and see how it fits into our time and overall training. Definitely would recommend Kalos and Lexy for anyone interested in long term health!

We had a really positive experience with our Dexa scan at Kalos Health. Sophie was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through the results in detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood what everything meant for our health goals. Wow!! First time at Kalos and what an amazing experience. My husband and I have recently started to be more aware of our fitness and health. So we decided to try it out.
