My expectations weren’t high at first, but this place proved me wrong. I really needed this kind of massage! Mandy is so kind and seriously skilled. The one-hour session was beyond relaxing, and I walked out feeling like a new person. I’m DEFINITELY coming back, and I’m already telling all my friends to come here. Next time I’m trying their facial massage too. So happy I found this hidden gem in Palo Alto! ✨

I received a Deep Scalp Care Service with Lisa, and it felt so nice!! The staff are so friendly and kind, and they gave me lots of snacks too! My hair felt so nice and refreshed afterwards, and they use high quality products too! It starts with a quick body massage while laying down in the beginning, so make sure your clothes are off. Then it’s followed with a hair brushing and short scalp massage, and after that, you turn over and sit up while they prepare the head spa under the bed. They put a heated eye mask on when you lay down. They also have the halo thing that sprays water at your scalp and it feels nice! They use Milbon hair products for shampooing and conditioning your hair!! They also added this hair treatment to my scalp and while it soaked, they gave me a neck and décolleté m

I was looking for a place that had availability somewhat last minute for a Saturday appointment and came across Serenity Wellness 。 90 minute deep tissue massage My massage therapist, Mandy was beyond kind and accommodating. She checked in periodically about the pressure level, which she was able to keep at the perfect intensity the entirety of my massage, without it being too much conversation. She did a great job all over, but particularly on my shoulders and hips which tend to be problem spots. Their facility was clean and relaxing. I feel like I found a gem today! I would absolutely recommend and will be going back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt this one was deserved. This was honestly the best head massage I’ve ever had. The therapist was so gentle, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire session. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Every detail was handled with care from the pressure to the rhythm and I felt completely relaxed and safe the whole time. It wasn’t just about technique (which was soooo excellent), but about how present and considerate they were. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply refreshed. I’m very grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back.

I booked a facial at this spa because my facial skin is very dry. Zoe greeted me and gave me a full spa treatment. Afterwards, my skin felt incredibly hydrated and moisturized—I've never had such hydrated skin here before. I loved it! Also, their hair washing service was excellent. My scalp is very oily with a lot of dandruff, but even three days after my treatment, my hair isn't oily at all. Thank you, Zoe, for your service; I'll definitely be back.
