Excellent massage by Steve. I chose the Neuromuscular Release Massage with the hands and feet add-on, and it was one of the most therapeutic sessions I’ve had. He seamlessly blended trigger point release, myofascial work, and neuromuscular techniques to create a deeply calming, full-body nervous system reset. The extra attention to my hands and feet was amazing and made the experience feel even more restorative. The sauna afterward was the perfect finishing touch and helped melt away the last of my tension. Steve’s skill, thoughtful touch, and calming energy really shine through. We visited this spa as a couple. My husband seemed to have a better experience, but unfortunately my massage was surprisingly unsatisfactory — especially since I’ve had similar massages many times before. From the start, there was a lack of flow and continuity. The session began very abruptly. At one point, the therapist stopped at the back of my neck, and when I requested a slower pace, the pressure became extremely light. She then stayed on the same spot for an unusually long time without any clear technique or progression. I had specifically asked for deep-tissue work on my thighs and hamstrings. Price is great! All their styles are priced the same for time, with optional add ons. Benefitted from a first timer discount. My uber driver was late, and they pushed the massage back 15 minutes to ensure I got my full 60 minutes. Massage was very good quality, and Janeel sent me home with homework to continue the healing.

I surprised my gf with a one hour Sweedish/deep tissue treatment at Palo Alto Massage Therapy Center. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile from the very kind and professional receptionist, Angela. Followed by a flawless check-in. Paying before or after treatment is optional. The waiting room was quaint with the soft sound of tranquil music playing. Crackers, candy and drinks to enjoy while the masseuse prepared for her next session. My gf had the pleasure of experiencing one of the best massages from, "Polly", a seasoned therapist. Polly was able to work out the knots in muscles that were causing discomfort for quite some time.
