Massage Envy

You walk in to bright WHITE lighting, which seems very strange for a setting of relaxation. The receptionist wasn't dressed professionally in my opinion. The massage I received, Sarah, seemed rude when I told her 2 minutes into my massage that there was a potential pregnancy and to be mindful of pressure points (I knew she didn't hit any at this point).. she responded with "You should've mentioned that before the massage began; I'll add that to your notes for next time." (Stern tone,) and I was quite unsatisfied with the negative energy Sarah gave off, as well as her lack of empathy, not to mention the massage itself. When my appointment was done and I went back to the receptionist, she told me that she heard the news of the pregnancy and said that they normally don't massage pregnant wome

KATE WAS AMAZING !!!! Good conversation, and found all of my tender spots I didn’t even know was there. I feel like a completely different person walking out, I really needed that.

Mike is amazing!!!! I don't know which wizard school he graduated from but he had to have graduated with honors. My one hour massage felt longer and I felt 10 years younger. I've also had a facial from Faeble! Massage Envy should be listed as a medical center or adult daycare. I fell asleep while receiving the facial and massage. If Faeble and Mike are an example of the high quality staff Massage Envy hires I'm sure you will enjoy whoever you are matched with. 10/10 highly recommended and will be back, weekly if I can fit it into my schedule.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the massage therapists are excellent. However, the membership specialists lie to your face to get you to sign up. Literally told me 100% the opposite of what is true. If you want to get a massage there, do it. But do NOT sign up for a membership. I was told that I could allow my daughter to use a massage on my account by paying $10 extra any time I want. Untrue. Can only do it once every so many days (can’t remember exactly how often). I was told that if a month went by and I didn’t use the massage that month, I could bank that massage and use it later and it would never expire. Untrue. I was literally on my way to my massage today, and should have at least 2.5 hours of massage credits, but was told they expired because my membership expired. I specifically
