Super cute place. They explained the different types of beds and what each is best for. They also sell tanning lotion for a great price! Great customer service and very professional! Great place.

The beds are clean, but they don't tell you about their refund policies up front and don't post them in their business. I bought their body cream and at the time of purchase i told them that its a possibility that I could be allergic to it and didn't want to buy it. They pressured me into buying it, telling me that i could bring it back if that was the case. They said "no problem, bring it back if its the case (you are allergic), we'll refund you". I ended up being allergic to their cream and they refused to give me my money back after they told me at purchase they would... they would only give a store credit, even though i had my receipt. They never told me at the time of purchase there are no refunds and store credit only, actually they told me the EXACT OPPOSITE! Don't trust them!

Customer Service is lacking more often than not these days but ..... Well, I hate to go tan but it alleviates a medical condition that I have so I drag myself to tan about once a week for an 18 minute session. The music they usually have on is not to my liking so I usually listen to some training session (Park Lane of course) on my phone or just listen to a pod cast on my ipod if i remember to charge it. I used to change the station but then one time they had some tape over the tuner so I figured I best leave it alone.
