Drove by this place awhile back, needed a haircut so I walked in. So happy that I did! This place is an old school barber shop, they know how to cut hair. Can't complain about the prices here.

I took my son there. My son is mixed, white and African American. He's 2 and had never had his hair cut before. Beautiful hair, very curly, but I wanted it a bit shorter to reduce tangling/easier upkeep until I can learn braiding. Anyway, I made the big mistake of going here...I told the guy at the very beginning that I DID NOT want my son bald, only a bit shorter than it was. At one point in the middle of the haircut, I looked away for about 5 seconds and when I looked back it was too late... There were no guards on the clippers anymore, and you can't put the hair back in the head. (My son is now BALD!! 🤬) I was in tears! I appreciate him not charging me when I expressed my disappointment about it, but I will never go back to this place again.

Paul is in my mind iowa's most trusted barber,I would tell everyone who wants to look good and enjoy good conversation,go see Paul, Bob and Kim are also awesome

Did a great job on all the kids and it was a great price compared to the guys uptown.
