My usual therapist wasn’t able to perform my service before Christmas so I was recommended Desiree by the front desk girls. Before I knew who she was, I bumped into her by the restroom and let her go first because she seemed urgent. She gave me a very rude look after I had greeted her (like I do to everyone.) As I was waiting to use the restroom, because the men’s was taken, I noticed she didn’t wash her hands leaving the restroom. I already felt nauseated by her demeanor and hygiene. I used the restroom after her and then when I was on my way to the waiting area, she called my name before I sat down. I had the worst of luck being her client. Adriana helped me leaving this clinic feeling tall, flexible and brand new! My job is very strenuous and stressful. Adriana has allowed me to continue these next few weeks feeling like a brand new person with her stretching techniques that also are somehow relaxing and her knowledge on self care to help me before and after work are definitely with trying. Maintaining and repairing high voltage telecommunication lines is hard on my body but I now know who I can come back to when I'm in the area! My goal was to relax but still find a way to take years off my joints and I couldn't have found a better Therapist who listened and cared and talked me through so nothing was unexpected. Destiny L. is a whole vibe! I just had my first appointment with Destiny L., and WOW! she completely blew me away. Best esthetician ever. Her energy, her attitude, her skill… everything was on point. I walked out feeling refreshed, cared for, and already excited for my next visit. This definitely won’t be my last she’s that good. And Ruby at the front desk was so friendly, and made the experience even better.

This has been the worst experience, and the issue is still not resolved. I gave my mom a gift card for Mother’s Day, along with a coupon that fully covered the cost of her service. The staff accepted both and assured her everything was taken care of. However, we later discovered that her personal card was charged $120. Since then, we have been repeatedly calling the store to request a refund. Each time, we were told only the manager could resolve the issue, but the manager was never available. On the rare occasion we did hear back, the manager claimed she didn’t know what happened and would “look into it.” After that, she never followed up. We even went in person to try and resolve the matter, only to be met with rude front desk staff and the same excuse: “The manager isn’t here.” Despit

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 maybe 3 years now. Recently as I was sitting and waiting for my second service (got a massage and was waiting for my facial) I was over hearing two other individuals saying it was their first time at this location and they were a bit nervous because of the negative reviews on Google but they were giving it a try anyway. That prompted me to leave this review. I informed them both as well that I’ve been coming to this location for years and have had nothing but great services for both massage and facials! I typically get facials from Paloma but I have seen other estheticians and they all are very professional and kind. I have gotten many massages and all the technicians are also professional and kind.
