Nice, newer store that is clean with a good selection. However I had asked Kat to do a simple price check for me and she left and never came back to me. She then did proceed to help a girl in front of me in line. And then when I left I walked past her and she didn't help me again. I ended up asking Fatima and she answered my question and was nice. Otherwise I would leave a 5 stat review if it wasn't for Kat's performance.

I had a pick up order since this one was the only one with the items I wanted which were the shapeable soap. It was fast and easy delivery. I will stop by another time to shop as everyone was very kind and helpful. See you next time!

I waited in line for about 30 minutes just to get into the store. As a man shopping for men’s products—because I genuinely enjoy Bath & Body Works items—I asked a sales associate whether the men’s products were on sale in-store the same way they were advertised online. She told me no, they were not on sale, and instead brought over boxed gift sets priced around $40–$50, pointing out that they included one deodorant. I explained that this wasn’t what I was looking for and mentioned that it felt frustrating seeing so many women’s products clearly on sale while the men’s prices were not being honored. This store was very nice and employees were friendly and greeted us! It's worth the place to go here if you need to buy things that will wash away germs and it smells nice!
