I never leave reviews, and I really do try to avoid writing them after a bad experience because I have bad days at work too, but every time I come here it’s something new. There are some fantastic sweet employees here and they are a gift! But two of them put me through hell sometimes LOL. First time I went to this location I was denied the ability to purchase without a phone number. She told me “you can’t buy anything if you don’t put one in” and started to put my items on the counter behind her. Okay…. I have worked retail before and I KNOW it is not a necessity. Come on girl please! If you have low sign ups thats not my problem! A sweet guest behind me allowed me to use hers. I DO have a phone number but apparently it just wasn’t working? I don’t normally do reviews, but this was well deserved! I went into Ulta with my sister in laws on Black Friday, we just went in for foundation. Not expecting much help, Zola approached us & gave us the best/ most informative service. The 3 of us each left, not only with our new color matched foundation, but with the best moisturizer and hydrating pads for our face. We felt so comfortable with Zola, it was like talking to a friend. Then at the MAC counter, I didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet! She took her time to help me find my perfect color, and talk to me (who’s a very socially deprived person), which I really appreciated. Jordan and Vee were amazing 👏🤩 If not for Jordan approaching me and asking great questions to better assist me I would have purchased all the wrong colors for my face. He made amazing recommendations. I spent over $200 and that was all due to his exceptional product knowledge. I'm so excited to share my experience. Highly recommend this location. I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer for as long as I can remember. Today I had a horrible experience, poor customer service at this location . inexperience employees . I will no longer because shopping at Ulta

I try to do most of my shopping online, although there are times I need to shop/do pickups in store. I’d say I have poor experiences 80% of the time. There are gems like Brandon and this petite girl with dark hair and a unique name I can’t remember, but some associates are horrible. Two employees who are nearly always working when I decide to shop in store are impatient and a bit rude. One is a slender and tall girl with brown hair worn in a braid and glasses. She acts like I am inconveniencing her every time I ask for help to the point where I apologized for bothering her. The lady with the dyed bright red hair is also unpleasant. On one occasion, I couldn’t locate a product and asked for her help. She initially refused to look for it saying that there was no brand sold at Ulta called “I
