Luxe 9 Nails Spa

Went it for the first time. New to the area. Walk in. They sat me with someone who seemed not know much about doing nails. Person worked with no light on. Lacked confidence in using their tools. Left very disappointed and frustrated. Paid and tipped because the service was done unfortunately not to my minimal standards. Had to eventually cut my nails that I worked 4 months to grow. Nails left so so thin. 😣

Be aware .if I can give Zero stars i would . Waited hour and a half after the appointment time . Went there 5 minutes earlier. They took in 3 people who came after us . For one they excused saying a known client and someone worker will take us in 10 minutes. That worker too took a new person who came after us . Had no time to go anywhere else . Got the appointment 3 days prior. No respect people s time . Will give even 100 appointments which I learnt while staying there . If you have all the time under the sun even after getting an appointment this is the place . I will never go again.

I go here a lot. Great job by the new owners.

The employees here are definitely not welcoming whatsoever! The color on my toes started peeling 2 days after getting them done, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and i went back again cause they are REALLY close to me but I couldn’t go back after the second time, I walked in, they barely looked at me and 5 mins after I walked in she finally asked what I needed, she asked me to pick a color, It took me about 5mins or so to figure out what color I wanted and after ALL that time she finally tells me it would take 30-45 mins for them to get to me. Instead of telling me to pick a color she could’ve lead with that. I hope I never have to come back to this salon again, I do not recommend.

I have been getting my nails done here for a few years now. They are flexible with same day appointments and the establishment is always clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I always request Charlotte because she is always detailed and I have never had a bad experience with her. She is the best💯
