From the start, he took time to talk through my shoulder and arm pain, asking thoughtful questions and helping set realistic expectations about what it might take to get long-term relief. His touch was intuitive—he quickly honed in on the problem areas and explained what he was doing as he worked through the tension in my shoulders and back. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which really helped me relax and trust the process. I didn’t even hesitate to book my next appointment before leaving. Highly recommend!
