Martha's Beauty Supply & Braiding

I've been a customer for years and unfortunately I will not continue to support this business. The shop culture has become unprofessional and many of the braiders have very poor attitudes! They are rude!!! I recently got my daugther's braided and the braided did not inform me of the price and until she finished. The prices are too inconsistent! I questioned the difference in the prices and the braided told a coworker that I was complaining!!! As a paying customer, I have the right to question any price that is different from what is being advertised!!! Martha, your braiders are in desperate need of some customer service training!!!

Ke is who you need! She’s the best!!! My Friend has been going to her for 5 years and I needed braids for a trip. Was better than I I could have anticipated.

Martha’s is a really good braiding shop I been coming to for years. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. All the ladies have beautiful souls. I love Mina !!!!!

I was disappointed that my Braider was a little late and that they switched me with someone else last minute. I liked my hair but I feel like it could have been braided neater underneath. I will come back to give them another chance to makeup for this time

Nasty and rude customer service. Cannot take her eyes off her phone.she acts like you are disturbing her. She booked my daughters appointment for 230pm got there and waited more than an hour. My braised had a doctor's appointment at 230 and she didn't do her job by moving my appointment. Instead of being apologetic she said not her fault and was so rude. Marth
