Terrible experience here with the rudeness of the snobbish owner and her staff . I payed $63 for the worst nail polish. I went there yesterday , I didn’t have an appointment . They told me upfront they didn’t have time for a full manicure however they can take me for gel polish change . I payed $35 and left very disappointed because in the middle of my service after she took the nail polish she decided ti stop because they were having other customers. I asked her why you took off my nail polish off . She said ok I will just use a regular polish after she already charged me for gel . Money was not the problem at all . I even gave her $10 tip upfront . I went home with the worst experience I ever felt . My nails were really bad , I went back today and boy was the owner extremely rude . She s

Our experience was amazing, the staff were so nice and loving! The free beverages and candy were also hit! My granddaughter and I both got matching nails with chrome and the price was actually not as bad as I thought it would be! The hot lotion bags were amazing and we both got pedicures as well! We loved it there so much! Thanks to all the staff and definitely recommend the spot!

Incredibly rushed overpriced manicure. Received a gel manicure and it didn’t even last a week. Service was horrible. The technician was rude. Out of all the nail places around, I would NOT recommend. And absolutely will not return.

I paid $40 JUST to get this done :)) I had gel nails on and wanted to remove them and get the new nails, but I ended up only getting them removed. They grated my fingers. You see the scar on my middle finger? It was hella bleeding but they didn't mind whether I feel pain or not😄 I paid an extra $19 just to clip it no nail essence or whatever. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. I had the worst manicure in terms of quality, service and experience. I made an appointment and waited for 20 minutes before a technician came, which doesn't bother me. But she rushed through my gel manicure for every step of the process with the hot lotion in the gloves burning my fingers, a shoulder "massage" and hand "massage" each lasted about 10 seconds. What a joke! Her manners are rude and kept barking orders to me; her service was terrible. The gel manicure listed on their website includes 30 minutes of service, but mine lasted barely 20 minutes. The finished work is so sloppy and looks like weeks old already when completed. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
