I was told my tech could do what was in my photo and then, only after my nails were glued on, was told she did not have those colors. If I had known that, I probably would've just gone somewhere else, but it was too late. I also thought it was weird that she did not prep my cuticles at all; I was looking forward to having them look nice, but I literally left with hangnails. Maybe that service isn't included with gel extensions, but I honestly think it should be, especially for $85. I just got my natural nails shaved and the tips glued on. I know some places have different policies about this though. There was also a double booking, so someone who came in 15 minutes after me had to wait an hour to get her nails done and then I felt guilty and rushed, especially because the design I wanted w
