Kai is the most talented hairstylist! She was able to explain how different layering would improve my style. Everything she described is what I was thinking but didn't know how to explain it. Kai is super down to earth and very professional. I LOVE how she did my hair! She used several techniques, perfect hair products and different size brushes for the perfect blow out! WOW! Also, the desk staff are great and the salon has such a relaxing vibe. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a loyal customer at Bella Santé Wellesley for many years, but recently my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has become almost impossible to schedule a hair appointment. I’ve repeatedly been told the salon is fully booked, apparently because there is only one hair stylist available. On top of that, I was able to secure an appointment twice, and both times it was canceled the day before. The reason given was that insufficient time had been allocated for my service, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. This should be identified and addressed at the time of booking, not canceled at the last minute. Unfortunately, the level of service and reliability has declined significantly. This is not the experience I would expect from a place I once trusted and confidently

Bella Santé Wellesley was Amazing! 10/10 Highly Recommended 🙌🏽 My masseuse Virginia has the hands of an angel! Best massage I’ve ever had. The service and amenities are top tier. The prices are worth the experience. The manager Michelle was lovely and ensured I had the best for my birthday! Thank you! I’ll definitely be coming back soon

After just moving to the Boston area, I was very nervous trying to find a new hair stylist. However, I decided to try out Belle Sante as they had high reviews and they did not disappoint! Kai did an incredible job cutting my hair and it ended up exactly like the photo I had shown her! She was very accommodating to all my questions and concerns and made my overall experience very enjoyable. This will now be my go to salon whenever I am in need of a haircut and I will definitely be checking out some of their other services as well! Everyone was incredibly friendly and the salon was both clean and calming! I’m already excited for my next appointment!!

I love this place! I get massages and haircuts here and I just had the greatest massage by Jenay and it made me need to write a review! Jenay was phenomenal - she made me feel comfortable and so relaxed. Highly recommend this salon/spa and Jenay in particular!
