Mame is an excellent hair specialist. She is very skilled at bringing out the best qualities of hair and will provide effective after visit maintenance instructions. I recently moved here from the Bay Area and have had a terrible time finding a salon. I found Mame's by chance and was able to go in same day. I had an amazing experience! TLC was taken on my hair and they were very friendly. If you're looking for someone to straighten your curls, look no further. I will definitely be back! Thank you for making me feel beautiful.

The cut I got was absolutely beautiful, the silk press, not so much. After speaking with another person who got their hair done here, we both had similar experience where we had to cut our hair because they gave us severe heat damage. 😞 If you value your natural hair, please beware.

This woman gets it! She understands how to cut and style curly texture hair without you having to explain forever. The place is Ethiopian owned but you don’t have to be Ethiopian to enter. I encourage my fellow African American people to try this lady out. I tried it out and as a mixed black person she got my sort of “in between” hair texture and hooked me up! She has what every African American woman and Habesha needs :)
