Please order online instead! My two younger sisters and I visited the store, thrilled to purchase our new Mac lip liners. As soon as we entered, one sales representative instructed another to stand towards the exit, as if we were planning to steal something. It was evident that they were judging people based on their appearance. The customer service was abysmal. Even though I made a purchase, the salesman held onto my items until the transaction was complete, as if I wouldn’t pay. Please DO NOT shop at this location!!! MAC PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

To the young man who was working the store by *himself* (LIKE A BOSS), yesterday afternoon: I admire your salesmanship and finesse. I walked in there CONVINCED that I needed a nearly white highlighter. That highlighter was not my shade, and I knew it. You, so kindly, so *gently*, redirected my attention to a highlighter that WAS my shade, and you told me, “I really like this one.” I looked at it and was like “👀” but then I swatched it and realized immediately that that highlighter was THE ONE. You allowed me to feel like that was the highlighter I was looking for the whole time, like it was MY idea. But it wasn’t my idea. It was your idea. And MAC, god, and everyone in the Google comments should know: you demonstrated your expertise with makeup, your professionalism with customer service

Stopped by to pick up the compact that was on hold. The customer service was pleasant, but after being at fourth it seemed bland. My daughter asked to see the powder on my face and the assistant handed me the sponge to do it myself. My daughter did it for me, we got what we came for and decided not to interrupt their time with more purchases. As a customer, I don’t like to waste the time of a person who’s working, when they’re busy. For me Fourth Street is the place.

I've come here a few times and everyone's been really friendly. This is an incredibly belated review, but I went around November 2019 to get a full face makeup experience and Roberto H helped me. He was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was going to a friend's wedding and thought he did an amazing job with my makeup! His suggestions for products to purchase were on point to. So, super belated thanks! =)

Robert helped me pick out a lipstick shade based on a description of how I do my makeup (I had none on) and the only color I currently wear (velvet teddy). He was so patient and kind, and I tried the color today and love it. Robert I hope this review finds you! Thanks so much for you help.
