Lush Nails

Absolutely perfect UV gel set by Lina! Even thought it was quite busy on Mother’s Day I was able to get seated right away. Loved the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the salon. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for months and Lynn takes good care of me. Today was exhausting to say say the least. I requested dipping powder and round shape for my nails. I had to request even nails since I did not see him attempt to make all my nails even. I then requested a nail design and asked for suggestions to which Lynn replies my nail is too short to get a design. I was the only black woman in the salon and felt uncomfortable and discriminated against due to my race. I addressed that I was not satisfied with the service n did not pay for these nails. Everyone should be treated equally regardless of RACE!

This used to be the nail salon that I raved about. Though their prices were expensive, comparative to surrounding nail salons, it was still the best choice. However, today, they really outdid themselves with poor customer service. I went in there to get a manicure and pedicure, and I didn’t have an appointment. So when they gladly took me, I was appreciative. The young woman who did my manicure and pedicure was polite and nice enough, but she rushed through both services. I ignored the rushed job for the pedicure, because she polished my toes good enough, but my hands were a different story. As you can see by the photos, on my left thumb, the polish is full of air bubbles. The same is true for three other fingers, but not to the extent of my left thumb. CONS: Horrible service, way too expensive, and my nails barely lasted two weeks. They charged me almost $200 for THIS, not even including pedicure. You can tell they don’t care about the satisfaction of their clients, they only care about the money. They add a ton of things to your nails without telling you and then when it’s time to pay, they give you a crazy price. I told one of the nail techs “you did not even tell me you were adding all this I just asked for simple, and she just stayed quiet”. You can tell they do not thoroughly clean the work area or equipment. The amount of tip they demand is also insane.
