Highly Recommend Chelsea! (Hartsdale location) Chelsea is absolutely amazing! She makes the whole waxing experience comfortable and easy from start to finish. She’s super friendly, professional, and always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Her space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming, which really helps if you’re nervous or new to waxing. I’ve never had a bad experience—she’s gentle but still gets every hair! You can tell she really cares about her clients and loves what she does. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Definitely recommend booking with Chelsea if you want great results and a stress-free experience!

I had such a great experience with Chelsea. She made me feel calm and I didn’t even think about the service that was being done. She is professional, upbeat, and comes across as a person that loves what she does. I have to add that she is created a safe non-judgmental environment. It’s a service that can be uncomfortable due to pain or just overall vulnerability. However I felt minimal pain and no post-swelling/pain due to her skill set. She also kept me engaged in conversation. By the time that I knew it, I was all done. Thank you Chelsea!

I always enjoy my time coming to this location. I am usually greeted by Rose and Shannon at the front desk who are so kind and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for years to get waxed by Solenny. She teaches me so much about proper skincare and I trust her because she always makes sure I leave happy with the result.

Chelsea was awesome and made me feel so comfortable! Getting a Brazilian at 38 weeks pregnant is not for the weak, but she made the experience as pleasant as possible lol. Very happy with my experience. Front desk staff is super nice, as well.
