My brows look fuller, perfectly shaped, and so easy to manage — no more spending extra time in the morning! She was super professional, explained every step, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I made an appointment online but had to wait for 25 minutes anyway. Heidi doesn’t know anything about brow shape. I got a tint and wax and I could have done it better myself. I cried on my way home and had to fix them. I wanted them to look cleaner but they came out looking messier than before. Felt like a big waste of my money and time. I will not be returning and do not recommend.
