I recently had the absolute best massage of my life at Elevate & Renew Massage Spa with Carlos. He took the time to check in throughout the session, ensuring everything was just right. Carlos not only delivered a memorable massage with so much variety including hot stone, trigger point and more, but also gave me some valuable tips on managing muscle pain, improving posture, and incorporating relaxation techniques into my routine. His suite is the perfect setting for relaxation—calm, soothing, and designed to help you unwind completely. Carlos is a hidden gem! I wish I found him years ago. He is a professional massage therapist, but also very warm and friendly, too. He makes you feel super comfortable, as soon as you are in the room, and his hands are pure magic. He knows exactly what massage techniques to use, and what areas to target on my body. The warm oil relaxes me immediately. I look forward to every session!

Last weekend I had a massage treatment given by Carlos. It was a full-body deep tissue massage that combined multiple techniques such as sports massage, medical, deep tissue, hot stones. I’ve got absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all my expectations. My body feels so much different. The pain is gone and the tension is gone as well. I feel more relaxed and my mind is clear and calm. This massage session was very therapeutic and helpful. I feel like a new person now. Carlos is highly professional, his abilities, skills, knowledge and experience impressed me. I can definitely highly recommend him as a massage therapist.
