Dr. Ghimire is very kind-hearted, personable, experienced and genuinely wants to help her clients in every way she can! She spends time explaining the science, comforting the clients and remaining available to address follow-up questions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and well maintained with high quality technology and products. The environment feels very professional and homely in the same vein!

Went in the other day and went for a facial. I had Emmalee and she was amazing. She asked me a bunch of questions about my skin type and was very thorough. I’ve had facials before where they just rush through it but Emmalee was amazing and got every detail. It was relaxing and my skin has looked excellent ever since I have been there. I will definitely come back.

I can’t recommend Dr. Ghimire and this medical spa enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly dedicated to my care and went above and beyond with each PRP treatment for hair restoration. Her genuine passion for helping her clients shows in every appointment. She gave me excellent recommendations on supplements and ways to naturally stimulate hair growth, and she continually encouraged me to trust the process. About six months after starting my treatments, I began to see new hair growth, and now, eight months later, my hair is noticeably fuller and thicker. Dr. Ghimire’s guidance, expertise, and encouragement made the journey feel easy and supported. I’m beyond happy with my results!

I've done micro needling before at other places and had (mostly) great experiences. It had been a few years and I had some hesitation, based on a not so great experience. I have to say, I LOVED the whole experience at Luminescence! Dr. Ghimire is so knowledgeable about so much, and is a great resource to help me meet my anti aging goals. I don't want to have plastic surgery or do any fillers and it was great to learn about so many non surgical options. She really made me feel at ease, due to both her chair side manner and her deep subject matter knowledge. This is my new self care place!

I’ve been going to Luminescence Medical Spa since May 2025 and I truly can’t say enough good things. The space is clean, modern and welcoming and the entire staff is incredibly skilled and professional. Every visit feels less like an appointment and more like a relaxing girls afternoon escape while still being held to a high medical standard. I always leave feeling beautiful....and younger :) I highly recommend this place!
