Akiya is the best loctitian I have ever had work on my hair. She is friendly, professional, and always stays on schedule. I had a wonderful experience with Akiya (sp), the stylist, and my hair turned out lovely. Got a great wash, conditioning, and steam treatment. Update: About my 3rd This visit , I had an experience that will prevent me from going back. It seems the young lady at the shampoo bowl placed the products in the incorrect order on my hair. She asked the owner if she had had done it right, was told no, and then what she SHOULD have done, to which the shampooer replied, "I'll just stick her under the dryer." 🤷🏾‍♀️ She said this twice. Out loud. All the while I am sitting there in the shampoo chair like, "I can HEAR you."
