Mercy was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It's been quite a while since my hair has been done and she took expert care of my locs in a way I've never experienced before. Not only did she do an awesome job on my hair for the moment, she also gave me the knowledge to encourage healthier hair for my future! Definitely come to her for all your Bay Area loc needs. Got my locs loc'd in she was late in true black people fashion. CPT time, naw she wasn't!!! , however I was already informed 🤣🤣Yvonne communicated with me the entire time even after her regular hours went above and beyond, to achedule me in Now, the PRICE was a little steep. ,but I needed to be squeezed in because I had an event to catch. Her work WAS well worth the tight squeeze, great energy and I beleive you should feel good doing someone s locs or hair don't need transfered aggression or energy. She is a good soul and clean place. She is instructional and I RECOMMEND getting your Locs done by her if your in or around Palo alto CA. Thanks Loc'd in. She uses ALL natural products/ Oil, great wash and conditioner. If you want a better hold then bring your own products. I'm descent Yo!!!!
