This salon only employs the best of the best. I’m 46 years old. I’ve been getting a fade since I was in high school and no other barber or stylist has ever given me a better cut than Darnyel. She is super talented, she does an amazing job blending the fade, there are never any lines. I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. If you want a good haircut, a great hairstyle for any occasion, or the best fade around you definitely want to go see Darnyel!
Highly recommended! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Shannon is an amazing professional with so much experience and it shows on her work. She always addresses my concerns and advises on styles and products that fit my lifestyle and needs. 10 out of 10!
Shannon is professional, skilled, and patient. She did a fantastic job with the very picky, difficult customer with difficult hair that was thrown her way today. She shaped the hair nearly strand by strand at some points and did a lovely job. Would absolutely recommend her.
Very, very comfortable salon. Very experienced stylists and colorists. I was referred by a friend and now have been going here for over a year and am consistently happy with the services. It's hard to find a good salon. See Jim, he's a love, you won't get a better haircut anywhere. (Lisa is a saint.)
I went to Lisa James for balayage. My regular stylist was not available and I thought I'd try since a friend goes here. Firstly, they say they do balayage. They don't. Balayage should be hand painted on the hair. There is no other way to do it. It should look natural and not totally change the color of your hair. The point of balayage is for it to look natural and sun-kissed. My stylist told me she had another way to do balayage and is used backcombing and foils (not balayage). I agreed, since I was already there and need my hair colored. Needless to say, my hair came out with way too many highlights and much too light. The color of the highlights is fine, but the amount is just way too many. I just wish these salons would stop saying they know how to do balayage when they clearly DON'T! N
