Lee Nails at North Riverside Park Mall

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. At first you get a good vibe and then the guy that did my nails nearest to the pedicure chairs had an attitude. I gave him an inspo and he did NO WHERE NEAR what I asked for. I even asked him if he can fix it and he ignored me. They were so bad that I had to repaint my own nails. Horrible service overall and weird. AND YES THIS IS THE NAIL SALON IN THE MALL.

Only got a manicure n now I’m suffering from a nail fungus and this pain is excruciating smh never again, I was wondering do I have a civil suit?

Y’all please please don’t go here! Save yourself the headache. Most of the workers don’t speak English and aren’t really patient with customers who can’t understand them. I went in today and asked for mani pedi and eyebrow wax , which I was told would be 90 even . By the time I left outta there we were at 107 and the lady was trying to charge me again for an extra 5 . Not to mention the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I went in and started off with a pedi…. to begin the vibe in the place was very uncomfortable. The lady scrubbed my feet with a very abrasive scrub, that was about all she did before she got irritated because there was a miscommunication about the color I wanted…..she couldn’t speak English nor understand what I was saying so she was about to put the wrong col

Decided to give this place a shot, definitely regret coming here. Got a no chip and Asked for a design on my nails as well, the work on it was really bad. Decided to go back to get it fixed which made it even worse than the first time. My nails now like look press ons with glue underneath it. When I expressed to the tech about my disappointment with it she just walked away and didn’t want to help me anymore. Totally unprofessional on her part, apparently they don’t want my business. If you want to waste your money come here!

No chip, chipped... Polish faded to a diffrent color 2days later.... Older man nice but cut me twice. No discount offered??? They fell off... With that said I won't be returning.... Bye bye lumpy too. In their defense I went back a second time and the Polish still turned from the color that I originally got.
