The spa is clean, and there is a variety of colors and options to choose from including poly gel, Dip nail polish, No chip, And acrylic. I have had chrome, cat eye, Blooming gel, gold foil, glitter, 3-D gel, gemstones, and charms. I actually followed my nail tech, Andy/Hoang, from one salon to another. We can sometimes disagree on the design of my nails, but in the end, he often stays longer and spends a lot of time trying to make sure I am happy with the result. I do notice that sometimes the techs (I’ve had several work on my feet but only Andy on my hands) can be unintentionally rough on pedicures and removing skin and cuticles but I immediately say something. WORST NAIL SHOP OF LIFE I CAME HERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE FOR ME & MY NEICE & WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ‼️THEY ARE ALL SO RUDE IN THERE EXCEPT TINA. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK HAD A ATTITUDE WHEN I WALKED IN GREETED ME WITH A ATTITUDE I LOOKED PASS IT BUT I SHOULD OF LEFT BECAUSE ALL THEM ATTITUDE ARE HORRIBLE & THEY SOD MY NAILS HORRIBLE I ASKED FOR MEDIUM THEY CLAIM THIS IS MEDIUM😒LIKE WHAT THIS IS NOT MEDIUM THIS SMALL UNEVEN & HORRIBLE 💯💯💯

This was a place where I would go to as a back up in case the other location was not available but after today, this is a no go for me moving forward. I respect the hell out of service workers and tip generously when they provide quality care but not today. When a pedicure is done, you are supposed to get a new set of utensils to avoid infection- they did a spray down on their utensils. I came in at 6:15pm and they closed at 7:30pm but there was a worker who told the person that was servicing me to “go go go”. On top of that, the person I got made me bleed 3 times. She apologized but she was rushing the entire time. There was no gentleness nor professionalism. The no chip was $45 (which is fine) but I highly recommend to NOT go here. Walked in this nail salon close to home I never been there before. Staff was friendly and I love my Beautiful lashes from Jodi! Definitely will be back for my eyebrows too!
