Great service and products. It is so wonderful to have good hair care locally for an affordable price. Scheduling is very convenient and always accommodating.

I went on a sale date (not planned). And it was a big mistake. The place was full! Patricia (front desk) was super rude, I asked her twice to be put on the waiting list and she didn’t do it. She just said “we won’t do that, I am working on something else” and then she proceed to ignore me. Then five minutes passed and she gave me a piece of paper (not the list) no put my phone number and name. The lady that cut my hair was nice, but it was just the cut, the haircut was okay, but when I paid for the haircut another client’s hair was totally styled and it was the same price.

While I was pleased with the final outcome of my hair, my stylist, Mariana was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. While washing my hair, she rudely asked, "Did it fall out?" When I responded "huh?" she replied, "Has your hair always been this thin, or did it fall out?" I took the rude tone of the question as an anomaly and answered anyway. Later, while sitting in the chair, she asked me when was my last haircut. I responded, "I don't remember the date." She then rudely asked, "Was it during the pandemic?" Mind you it is July of 2023. When I clarified that it was not too long ago, she rudely asked if I had cut it myself. Why would I grab scissors and attempt to cut my own hair? I was extremely uncomfortable and offended throughout the entire duration of my service. I hope Mari

I went to this salon for years to get the occasional body wave (perm) and was very happy. I am a former hairdresser. That being said, the last couple times I got a perm I had frizzy, over processed hair. My regular hairdresser was unavailable at the time of my last appointment so they put me with a male hairdresser. That should have been my first clue, very unprofessional. They should have called me and rescheduled with me if my hairdresser wasn't available. Anyway, this time the perm was even worse. I finally quit going after that visit. I now do my own perm at home. I I'll never go back to this place.

I scheduled an appointment online for 8/29 at 5:45pm for partial root touch-up and haircut w/out blowout. I get a call the same day asking me to reschedule or cancel my appointment because it was too late since my service involved color.
