Omg, these nails are absolutely AMAZING!! The design is so cute and perfect for Valentine’s Day! I love the little hearts, the sparkly bows, and the super cool details—everything just looks so fancy and unique! The red and black combo is so pretty, and the "LOVE" design makes them even more special. I’m literally obsessed!! This nail and spa place is the best of the best!! Theres no design they can't do! I just spent $40 at Target to fix the mess on my nails from yesterday. For months my nails were great but something’s changed. My nails started being lumpy and the top coat peels off. Just can’t find the right place. I came back and yesterday the nails themself are great but the glitter on top looks terrible. Even after showing a pic and saying I don’t like that, she got a nail just right but went on to do the rest the way I didn’t like. Even when checking out, the guy who seems to be in charge laughed at my nails when he started to say they looked nice. Even he couldn’t compliment my nails.

Walked into this nail salon asking for **just a pedicure**. The woman at the front immediately said “nope, sorry, can’t,” with no explanation and a very rude tone. When I calmly asked **why** and how long the wait would be, she said **one hour**—but still refused to serve me. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Even if you’re busy, there’s no excuse for being rude. Customer service here was extremely disappointing. 0/10

Best nail salon in Lakeway area hands-down!! Every time I go in it’s such a pleasant experience. The staff are so nice, don’t overcharge you, and are incredibly talented designers! Whether the nail design is simple or complex, they always do an incredible job. I seriously recommend this place!
