I have been a very loyal facial customer of Hannah's for years. Truly the best I have ever had, to the point where I never want to get a facial anywhere else (vacation, etc) because it won't hold a candle to Hannah. She is warm, funny, and brightens my day each time I see her. The rest of the team is also lovely, especially Leah at the front desk. You won't regret spending time here!

Love the AUSTEX Wellness Team! Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Hannah is a doll! And has helped me in my skincare journey tremendously. Lisa is great! Laurel, and the entire Admin team have been super helpful as well. Any problems I've had with my skin, they have helped me. Finding the right products and figuring out what my skin doesn't like. We were at Austex for their 7.5 year anniversary and were blown away with how amazing of a community they developed. The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. Always so happy with their services. A must if you live in the area!

Went here a few weeks ago regarding a sensitive skin issue I had and was seen by Hannah. Not only did I feel rushed through the consultation but I was told that I’d get a treatment recommendation next day, even after following up with them I still have not received that. Gladly will be taking my money elsewhere - this place doesn’t care about helping their clients.
