Perfect balance of therapeutic massage and relaxation. I came to Jamie for a shoulder sprain, and will continue to come because she gives an AMAZING massage. She listens to your concerns, and focuses her massage accordingly. She is friendly and attentive, and most importantly, her technique is phenomenal! She can intensely massage out a deep knot when needed, and provide soothing relaxation for the rest.

I took my kids (ages 10 and 12) to Isabella for sports massage and she did a great job addressing their individual issues. She is super sweet and the kids really enjoyed their massages. We will definitely be back!

I am coordinating the massage with chiropractic adjustments which is easy because there is also a master chiropractor on the premises. I'm doing a series of deep muscle massage to help with permanent injuries. Jamie is definitely helping me get back in condition for more strenuous physical activity.
