my experience was great! my bf suprised me with a hair appointment (i got a brazillian blowout) and he chose this place. from the very beginning, i felt very welcomed. elle did a fantastic job of turning my old frizzy, brittle, dry, rough hair INTO silky, smooth, shiny AND soft hair!!! elle is super friendly, very nice to talk to, and explained to me the process and answered any questions i had. my boyfriend and i are super happy with the results and i'm glad to have such a sweet partner and an amazing hairstylist! thank you elle!!
It was my second time getting a haircut here. First time I loved it. I am now 8 months postpartum and having long hair was too difficult to upkeep. At the beginning of the appointment, I told the stylist how I wanted my hair cut and how short. After washing it, she straightened out my hair and cut it dry. It was a red flag that she had to straighten my curly hair prior to cutting it. She also seemed hesitant to cut it as short as I wanted, saying it would get shorter when it was curly (I know, I’ve had curly hair my whole life). She also never asked me how I wanted to style my hair and just blew dried it straight so it was puffy. I ended up looking like Ashley Tisdale in the early 2000’s. I wish she had told me from the beginning she wasn’t comfortable cutting curly hair. Will def not be g
So, I found this gem when my hair got botched at a Supercuts. I was the type of girl with long hair that only get their haircut once a year. Never was an issue until IT BECAME AN ISSUE. Jasper saved me the 1st time in correcting my haircut while hanging on to as much length as possible and I was forever grateful! He explained what was wrong with it, gave me options, and really took his time with the process and styled it to perfection. The second time I sat in their chair was when I made the WORST decision by not returning. I work in SF and had virgin hair and wanted a big change so I decided to get a balayage at a salon on Polk street. My hair turned into a bumble bee with a tinge of greenish hues and awful highlighting. I was traumatized! I decided to reach out to my lifeline and
$45 is what I paid for a men's haircut, but the result is very good. It's slightly expensive but worth it in my case.
Stylist asked me to leave mid service because she was unfamiliar with my hair texture and wouldn’t have enough time to finish my style. I left the salon with a wet head of hair and fully tangled. The stylist should have not started this service. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I can’t believe this place operates like this!
