He gave me the black mask service, which included a face mask and massage, and it was super relaxing and made my skin feel great. The haircut itself was clean, detailed, and exactly what I asked for. Zack really takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. You can tell he cares about his work and his clients. My daughter and I had two amazing experiences at La Perla Style in Huntersville! The first time, Lucy gave us both a fantastic shampoo, trim, and blow dry. She is so welcoming and has a deep understanding of different hair textures. A couple of weeks later, I returned for a chocolate brown balayage, and Lucy absolutely nailed it! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I love her work and highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a truly skilled and personable stylist.

This was my second time visiting this barbershop. The first time was alright, but this last visit was disappointing. The barber is a nice person, but it felt like he was hesitant to really cut my hair the way I asked. I requested that he trim a bit more on the sides of my head, but he seemed rushed and had other customers waiting, so it felt like my haircut was done in a hurry. I work in customer service, so I understand how important it is to give every client quality service — especially when you’re paying a good price for it. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that level of care this time. Now I’ll need to pay someone else to fix it.
