Modern Salon & Spa | Birkdale Village

I have now had two 60 minute custom facials with Madeline and she is amazing! The room is dark and quiet with soft, relaxing music playing. The bed is warm and comfortable. I hate when I have a facial and don’t really get to relax because the aesthetician is chit-chatting the whole time. Madeline has just the right amount of conversational banter at the beginning of the session and at the end. In between it’s just blissful silence while she does her thing. She offers a very relaxing experience, she uses just the right amount of pressure and my skin always looks amazing afterward. I highly recommend her!

Felisha is simply the BEST! I have never been disappointed with her work! I’ve been going to her for over 8 years! She is amazing with hair color. Her shampoo and blow dry is to die for! Felisha is kind and caring . You will simply love your time with her!

Hannah is the best. She does low & high lights for me as well as a haircut & style and I am in and out in 1 1/2 hours, which is fantastic. Hannah is so experienced she can do a fantastic job in 1/2 the time of a lot of stylists. She is also very sweet and fun. Deb Cameron

Ivis did an absolutely amazing job on my hair!! I hadn’t had a haircut in 3 years and she was able to explain what would be best for my hair as well as the steps to reach my hair goals. Her service is phenomenal and I left feeling so confident. 10/10 recommend booking with her!
