A few weeks ago, I had an issue during my very first visit to Resilience Therapeutic Massage. I shared my experience in a review and gave a low rating because I left feeling quite unhappy. To my surprise, the owner reached out to me that same evening. She sincerely apologized for my experience and was eager to make things right. Today, I returned, and Melanie—the owner—personally did my massage. It was absolutely incredible! She has an impressive skill set and a deep understanding of therapeutic massage. I have interacted with Resilience in a couple different ways now, and I've been beyond impressed every time. The thoughtfulness of the entire team and facility from top to bottom is just incredible. From the clean towels, to the hair ties available, from the body wipes for after the sauna to the mints in the bathroom and lobby, the whole feel is just phenomenal. I've had a wonderful stretch/massage for my sciatica, and I've used the sauna and they were both excellent experiences. I can't wait to come back.

I was so intrigued by my experience with Melanie at Resilience. She opened my eyes to a lot - very impressed with her knowledge (she knows what she’s talking about). The office was very clean and very calming. The sauna room looked so inviting! The room I did bodywork in was really spacious and cozy. The table was amazing - super comfortable and really big. Melanie used a good amount of force when she needed to in my tricky spots, and that was amazing. It is what yielded real observable results. We also did cupping, and she introduced me to a crazy technique that reminded me of active release technique, where she had me do some arm extensions with the cups on my back. I have been going to Resilience at least once a month for the last 1.5 years. Sami is my regular therapist and is FANTASTIC. She uses different tools & modalities (cupping, hot stones, Gua Sha, etc) depending how my body is feeling. The other therapists are also wonderful and they each have different techniques and offer personalized sessions. Lots of thoughtful touches from decor, to massage tables, to general atmosphere.
