THE SKRATCH SPA

From the name of this spa "Skratch", I didn't know what to think or expect as I GPS'd it. My husband surprised booked me a Skratch facial and I enjoyed every minute! The expertise wasn't centered on the facial and the products, although it was a great basic steam and cleansing routine, but the different tactile effects of the facial--it was a wholesome experience to release tension in the face, so soothing and there's not quite anything like it around here. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming and I believe the owner took care of my service and you can tell she comes from years of experience in comfort. Surprise booking an appointment for my husband, next!

My experience was phenomenal! From the second I stepped foot in the door the customer service was outstanding! Jacquelynn, Cheyenne, and Shanese were respectful, informative, and very professional. I had an hour-long service and felt very relaxed. The tool they used for the light face scratches was my absolute favorite (it added a cooling sensation) including the scalp/head scratcher. I also appreciated that the oils used weren’t overpowering with fragrance. It was a completely new experience for me and I would definitely go back!

After the Thanksgiving festivities, a couple of my sisters and I needed to clear our minds and reset. I’d previously gone to Skratch Spa in Huntersville NC and told them how amazing the experience was for me. They didn’t know what to expect, but I did and was super excited! The ceremony I chose was the Awakening Alignment. It really awakened my senses and had me feeling tranquil and reinvigorated at the same time! I love massages for relaxation and rejuvenation so the Awakening Alignment was perfect! Although this was not a massage, it gave me an even better feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation than any massage I’ve ever received! Thank you Cheyenne for an amazing experience! I will be returning for a third time in the coming weeks and I live three hours away! Both my sisters and I agree

I visited Skratch for the first time today and from start to finish, my experience was exceptional. It has a super soothing vibe and it was easy to relax and feel comfortable- everything was spotless, and everyone I encountered was so friendly and professional. My treatment was done by Cheyenne and she was incredible- I think I slept for most of it and may have been snoring at one point. Can’t wait to go back and am certain I’ll sleep like a baby tonight.

I had a wonderful experience at Skratch. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful from the moment you walk in—beautiful décor, calming music, and a relaxing vibe throughout. The staff is professional and attentive, and the quality was outstanding. I selected The Cartharsis. Two hours! For such great service, the prices are surprisingly affordable. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend! I can’t wait to experience a couples session.
