I have been coming here for 12 years. My last 3 visits, unfortunately will have me going elsewhere. Last time my nails were not painted down to the cuticle and looked like they had already grown out two weeks including missing nail polish on all the sides of my nails. Today’s visit, I tried a new woman here and she said my toes were gel which I only get gel on my hands not my toes since I’ve been coming here and they she was charging me $5.00 more to remove the gel. I politely told her I never get gel on my toes only my hands, lookup my last visit, I was charged for a regular pedicure with regular color. She said well they must have put gel on and it’s $5.00 more. One last time I asked if she really was going to make me pay more to remove something I never asked for or paid for to begin wi

Went in for a regular manicure and pedicure (regular polish not gel). Michelle was fantastic however, my polish started chipping on day 2 (photo is from today, day 6). My manicure did not even last a week. I wear gloves with dishes and also during shower to protect my polish and it is still chipping. Poor quality polish and top coat after I spent 72.00 that included a very generous tip. Very disappointed with the very poor quality of products.

Horrible! I literally just got a pedicure 2 days ago and my feet look like they did not even get touched. My ingrown toenails are still there. The lady over charged me and added on services I did not ask for. She gave me the wrong pedi when I asked for a certain one. Very bad service and waste of money.

Bee has been doing my nails since I was in middle school. she does such a great job and is the best at designs. can’t recommend her enough, she’s truly the best. highly highly highly recommended!!!

Everyone at LA Nails was AMAZING!!! My wedding party reserved time for pedicures. Not only was everyone super friendly and fun but they also surprised me with a little pre-wedding celebration. Thank you so much, LA Nails for getting my wedding off on the right foot!!! Cheers!
