I came in about 15 minutes to close. Late I know, but when I asked the woman if they had time to get a walk in cut, she dodged my question and didn’t want to answer. There was 1 person with an appointment but still two people to cut hair. They had two people in the chair, but looked like they were almost done. Just not a good look for their customer service - I asked her straight up “is that a yes or a no?” When she dodged my question, and of course the answer was no. I take the blame for coming in late, but there should have been plenty of time. I was referred to this location because I was told they gave good service but does not appear to be the case.

Arrived here early after checking in online. I drove 20 mins to get my son’s hair cut for the manager to tell me she could not cut his hair and merry Christmas. I then asked why would it allow me to be placed on wait list online for a 6:25 cut and they close at 7, it’s a simple little boy hair cut. She repeated herself she would not take anymore and Merry Christmas. I asked for Manager to understand why the app allowed me and I drove all the way here to now be told no. She said she was the manager. I then asked if this was franchised or privately owned and she said franchised and I could call corporate and wished me a Merry Christmas again. As I proceeded to leave I said I would contact corporate about the app letting customers be placed on wait list but not able to receive a haircut and s

If I could give a zero rating I absolutely would. I went in for a simple medium skin fade and Jonathan absolutely butchered my haircut. I made note of the significant line around my head and an absence of a fade. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to a real barbershop. I even asked the barber at the chair over to fix the issue. She did not help… Moreover, I stated my fade would have to be fixed and still had to pay. Went for the street to get it fixed as it should have been done the first time.

Jessica was awesome! I have not had such excellent service , well ever! And the price was perfect. Cut, shampoo, warm face towel, conditioner, massage, another warm face towel and a final scalp massage. Oh my gosh! What a delightful experience! Plus free neck trimming, WHAT! I will be back once a week just for that and an $8 warm towel scalp massage! I feel great! Thank you Jessica and SportClips!!!

We brought my 80-year-old father-in-law in to see Darlean, and I can’t say enough about the kindness, compassion, and professionalism she showed. Beyond her skills as a stylist, it was her warmth and patience that stood out the most.
