Yolanda is the best massage therapist I ever had. She really knows what she’s doing and the results are fantastic. In addition to completing a wonderful massage to my needs she gives me literature and tips on how to improve my life and current physical situationI and reviews the information with me. Yolanda is an excellent massage therapist. She focused on my lower back, quads, and calves and did an outstanding job. The environment she creates is calm and relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. She also takes the time to educate you on proper foam rolling and muscle care, which is a big plus.
