Highly unprofessional, avoid this place. Back in August I called around asking about the Brazilian Blowout treatment after a disastrous experience getting a Keratin Complex treatment. Ali assured me the process and product. In early November, I booked an appointment with her. Wanting to ensure I had the correct details, as back in August I called over 20 salons, I shared these details in the appointment booking. She text me a week or so later and I tried to address my questions via text. She didn't respond. Rereading the original text the instructions she indicated to call. Just had an appointment with Sam! Wow! I’m soo happy and thankful I found her. She helped not only cut and styled my hair, she EDUCATED me! There is so much I didn’t know about hair! She set realistic expectations and talked me through the process to achieve my hair care goals. Ladies, you can’t just google a Pinterest picture and achieve this in one visit! I can say, sticking with Sam this past year she has made my hair dreams come true! She worked with my the whole year leading up to my wedding! My hair looked amazing, thank you Sam!

I recently went into creative edge for a partial highlighting service. I had my appointment with Sam. I explained I only wanted a few pop highlights around my face and temple area to lighten up the dark spots. Initially she stated the charge would be $115.00 for the partial. She recommended a bleach shampoo and toner to try and get the color less brassy. She did explain that the cost would be $30 which I agreed to. She asked if I wanted my hair styled at which point I said no, I was going straight home. She did the styling anyways and charged me for it against my request. I only wanted my hair blow dried to see the outcome of the highlights. I showed her a picture of the color I was looking for only around my face. Always love my experience with Stacy!! Not only does does color and style my hair beautifully she's such a sweet person to talk too. I would recommend her to anyone if your looking for good quality work and a nice "take care of me" couple hours out.
