La Jolie Nails Salon Palo Alto California

Horrible Quality!!!! Never going back here and would highly discourage others. Went for a mani pedi last week, my gel manicure did not even last 24hours. I went back the next day to have 3 chipped nails fixed, and was met with plenty of attitude before they fixed them. Unfortunately, again within 24hours multiple nails were already chipped. Please see attached photos of what my nails looked like just days after getting them done here. I’ve been doing this same style for years and this has never happened to me. These are the nails I got done for my birthday as well, so I am incredibly disappointed. I also had to cut off all my nails after spending months of getting them to a long and healthy point. I hope they can improve from here because this kind of service is simply unacceptable, but I

😍 Love this nail salon! It’s such a relief to find a place where I never have to worry about long waits or struggling to book an appointment. They always have friendly staff ready to make you shine and truly care for your nails. 💅 I’ve purchased many gift cards for my family and friends because it’s honestly the best way to share a little beauty and self-care with them. Incredible job by Thu and Annie with the citrus nails. Thu did my dip with tip and Annie finished off with perfect nail art for the summer. They were patient and accommodating. Thu shaped my nails in a way I haven’t yet done and I love it! Annie helped pick the best colors for my art and was so fast. I had my nails done again to prep for my trip to the South of France and they did an incredible job. It's been 2 weeks abroad, swimming in the Mediterranean, and they're still going strong.

Disappointed with the Service I came in for a regular manicure and pedicure at La Jolie and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The technicians rushed through the service—both treatments were done in just 30 minutes total. There was barely any effort put into cleaning or shaping my nails, and the overall result looked unfinished. For the price they charge, I expected much more attention to detail and care. Sadly, this was a disappointing visit and I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love La Jolie! I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years and my sets keep on getting better and better. Even when I change my mind mid-appointment, Alicia and Vivian are always so accommodating and want to work with me to get an end result I like.
