I’ve been coming here for a couple of times and overall the prices are reasonable and the lashes last well depending on the artist. Sarah is super friendly and gentle, which I really appreciate! One area that could improve is hygiene practices, such as hand washing or sanitizing before appointments and in between stepping away during sessions. Other than that, the experience has been good!

Traumatizing experience! This was my third time getting my lash extensions done at this location. I had an appointment for 5:30-7:00 pm (the last time slot of the day) for a classic fill ($60). She finished and I got a few minutes under the fan. IMMEDIATELY when I opened my eyes the left one started tearing up. I asked for a mirror to see if a stray lash had fallen in my eye as I noticed that she dropped quite a few on my face and even had 3 fall into my ear. I could not see anything but my eye was in a lot of pain like a dry burning sensation as well as a pinching soar feel. I even asked her to look at my eye and she did but shook her head like she didn’t see anything wrong either. I asked her to remove a lash at the bottom of my lash line that I thought could be the problem but I don’t k

I would leave ZERO if I could. I understand that there maybe zero refund policies in place, HOWEVER that should come w/exception because each circumstance is different and being as big of a business as lashes are, I’m confident that they have ins & make enough to buffer the occasional refund. I have had lashes on before. I’ve never ever experienced an allergic reaction until now. During my appointment I told the artist multiple times that my eyes were burning & she says “it’s normal” & proceeds to blast the fans which help minimally. After the process she says open my eyes but I’m terrified because they still burn & idk if they’re gonna burn worse upon opening! My eyes are BLOODSHOT like every blood vessel has burst & I tell her it hurts pretty bad can I rinse she says “no, no water for 24

Kim is the best aesthetician that does Lashes that I’ve ever met, she is kind and patient, and very attentive. She always has a warm smile and she gives me candy sometimes so if you come to K and V make sure you request Kim to do your eyelashes.

This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I decided to do a last-minute walk-in after seeing all the great reviews. I asked for a cat eye, hybrid, wispy set and even showed pictures of styles I liked. Hayley was amazing—super sweet, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. The atmosphere was so relaxing, with soothing music playing, that I actually fell asleep a few times! The results came out exactly how I hoped, and a week later they still look beautiful. I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to come back.
