i got my nails done yesterday, the lady who had done them, drilled off half of my natural nail, I’ve tried to grow them out and she completely butchered my natural nail, not only did she do that, but she cut one of my nails without asking, and then she cut my pinky, but the nails were still cute, wouldn’t come again tho

I went here for the first and last time today. . Way over priced, my nails are messy and terrible paint job ( uneven paint and not even on my tips. The lady started off good with making them even but quickly gave up on cleaning them up. ) , there’s clear gel polish on my fingers, & I also got cut by the sander. I was charged $78 for acrylic coffin nails , with a basic French tip with gems on two fingers.. Any other place I’ve been to charged between $50-65 for amazing nails with gems. I’m very disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else. I was quoted $100+ for the first picture. .

Great experience, they are knowledgeable, artistic and talented with their designs. Very happy with their work and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first appt at Kims Nails. I made an appt, was seen on time. The nail techs attention to detail was 10/10. I'm so tickeled with my nails and my pedicure was just great. Updated for my second visit. I had a different nail tech today but her attention was also 10/10. They are extremely detailed.

I came with a clear picture of what I wanted but left with something else. When I politely brought it to the techs attention, I was told "it's okay, not important". She also cut me, more than once while preoccupied w/ the other techs. To top it off I was overcharged for the service I received. I still paid and even left a (smaller than usual) tip. I'm hoping this was a one off and not a common occurrence.
