My first visit and it was amazing! Can't wait to go back. I had a facial, with Reflexology and a scalp massage.

Superb customer service. From Marissa and Erin at the front to the stylists and massage therapists. I have been seeing Jenn weekly for massages and Natalie every 4-6 weeks for hair. I would highly recommend Flow.

I saw Natalie for a haircut recently and it was wonderful! It had been almost a year since I've gotten my hair cut, I had gotten a short haircut before that I simply did not like so I've been avoiding it. I finally called into Flow and asked who they would recommend for a short haircut on curly/wavy thick hair. They recommended Natalie and I could not be happier! She worked with me the entire time, checking in often to make sure it was the length I wanted and that I was happy. She was wonderful to work with and I can't stop smiling over my haircut!

Flow has a great atmosphere and the employees are very welcoming. I highly recommend Natalie! She pays attention to detail and works with you if you are uncertain about what you want. 10/10 perfect haircut every time

Love the feeling I get when I walk into Flow. Every one of my senses becomes heightened. Extremely grateful for having such an upscale Salon and Spa in Chestertown. My girls loving Flow as well!! Service is top notch….always!
