Amanda and her family are the best! The pedicures and manicures I’ve had always exceeded my expectations. Just look at the beautiful manicure I got right before Valentines Day! Thanks for all you do P Nails. Your kindness is really appreciated.

I have been going here for quite some time and always leave happy! They are all so sweet and welcoming. Soon as you walk in, bubbly Amanda is yelling hello! I typically see Amy for my nails and she’s always ready for the pic I’m bringing in on what designs I’m throwing at her. I do make it difficult at times on what I want and she always does an amazing job and pays attention to the detail I’m looking for. I’m picky and she’s always makes sure I’m pleased. Amanda is my go to before I leave for the eyebrows. I have never been in there and didn’t get kindness from the whole family. I don’t usually take photos but sharing a few I did have.

I went in this salon on 12/29 at 11am. My nails were done at 1:00 pm. Their response to this review is inaccurate , just stop already. I have time stamps of when I waited for my friend and I to go in and when I was done. It was 2 hours. They didnt start on my nails till a little after 11 given I had to be seated and wait since my friend sat down first and was taken. The nail technician was polite and helped me choose a color I liked. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was not acceptable. The acrylic application was uneven, bubbly, dented, and appeared uncured on several nails. The sides of my nails were not fully painted because the acrylic was not applied properly.While receiving my pedicure, I had time to closely look at my nails and realized they appeared unfinished. Got a pedicure and full set today. Horrible experience. My nails are the worse I have ever gotten. I asked for square with slightly curved edges the shape I got is not it. She filed so hard it broke my skin around my cuticle. The nails are lumpy and thick I had to get them for fix them bc the acrylic was done poorly the first time and the shape was horrible. After another tech tried his best to fix what he could it ended up worse than before they are so short I had longer nails when I came into the shop and on top of that I paid $65 for poor quality service. The lady next to me had longer nails with gel polish and 4 different designs and paid $15 less and I only got gel polish and chrome. Doesn’t add up. Quit saying every negative review you get is me!!! Its not. Take accountability for your actions and the fact you guys damaged my nails, please stop falsely claiming you solved the matter when you didnt, and maybe stop reflecting everything onto me and you wouldnt feel the need to hide my reviews with 5 star reviews. Update to this, nearly 2 months later, no compensation, nails are still damaged, dried, stained and broke. They mentioned my name in several other reviews yet they kept making one star reviews and keep flooding their own business with fake ones. The owner herself put a comment on her own business.
